17th Chiba Prefecture Welfare Equipment Exhibition
As part of our efforts to promote the e-ViTA system, we exhibited for the first time at the Chiba Prefecture Welfare Equipment Exhibition on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
The exhibition, which was held for the 17th time this year, was titled “Welfare Equipment Supporting ‘Future’ and ‘Now'” and was held at the Chiba Prefecture Welfare Fureai Plaza in the “Keyaki Plaza” in front of Abiko Station in Chiba Prefecture. Among the program of lectures (3), workshops (1), and an exhibition/experience corner (38), we displayed a poster of the e-ViTA system, the “Dharma Robot” actually in use, and a poster explaining it.
More than 40 people visited our booth, including the general public who are interested in welfare equipment, welfare professionals, students, and exhibitors. The Dharma social robots were especially eye-catching, and many people actually talked to them, listening intently to their voices and enjoying the fortune-telling. Some students even invited their teachers and students who had visited the exhibition with them to visit again, showing the high level of interest in the event.
