Visit by Folkhälsan, the largest Swedish-speaking NGO in Finland

We had the pleasure of showcasing the e-VITA project to Folkhälsan, the largest Swedish-speaking NGO in Finland specializing in social and health services.

Folkhälsan recently visited the Japanese National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST).
During the visit:

  • Kristiina Jokinen (AIRC, AIST) presented the e-VITA project focussing on interaction, Conversational AI and trustworthy applications.
  • Asako Ohara (Misawa Homes) introduced home building and architectural activities, as well as the forthcoming e-VITA user studies.

The visit was filled with lively and inspiring discussions on wellbeing, trustworthy AI, social robots and smart homes, laying a strong foundation for future collaborations.

Huge thanks to Folkhälsan for their visit and valuable input!
